Spinach Kale & Mango Smoothie
Happy Monday peeps thought I’d start the week with a gorgeous smoothie that my darling sister has introduced me to. It hits all the right spots – delicious and super nutritious!
‘There is no better way than to start the day with a green smoothie. It alkalises you and gives you energy. This smoothie is ideal for any one who is is new to green smoothies. Spinach is good to use as you can hardly taste it. This combination is rather delicious and so easy to make’.
Ingredients
A handful of kale
A handful of spinach
1/2 a banana
A handful of mango chunks
Just place all the ingredients together in the blender and blend away and enjoy!
