Hey guys I hope you had a lovely weekend. I’ve touched down into my beloved Italy for a couple of weeks before I head back to London. This last few days have been crazy and last Wednesday I attended the Amara Interior Blog Awards at the prestigious Rosewood Hotel. I was nominated for ‘Best Fashion Inspired’ blog and guess what?! I WON! Can you believe it?! It was totally unexpected for me and so I am completely overwhelmed by it all. Also my award was sponsored by Reiss, so I now have a whooping £500 voucher to spend there – Pretty damn awesome prize if you ask me! Still cannot quite believe it. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for nominating me as I wouldn’t have been there if it wasn’t for you guys – so thank you! 

This award means a lot to me because I’ve always blogged about interiors, so when I made the decision to change direction on my blog, it was quite a risk to take. You see being a magazine editor I write and breathe interiors on a daily basis so I wanted a personal place to escape to and write about the things that I love. So I really appreciate those who have stuck around and continue following my journey – you guys rock!
